Thank you for your interest in joining Worship at The Mount!
 We’re excited to begin the process of stewarding your gifts to the Lord.
Your first step is an assessment appointment with a mentor to determine your current skill level and next steps for growth. Every volunteer is matched with a mentor who guides you through educational steps and helps you acclimate to our systems.
As you progress, you’ll be assessed in six areas: pitch control (including harmonies for vocalists), proper timing, ability to adapt to rhythm patterns, ability to shift keys, musicianship and knowledge of musical terms, and stage presence and dynamics.
Based on your current level, we’ll share what’s needed to qualify for specific teams. Our goal is to keep everyone growing steadily—with the right level of challenge, coaching, and support.

1. Please choose 2 of the following songs you will prepare to perform at the appointment. Words do not need to be memorized, but the song should be mastered.

2. Submit our assessment request form indicating whether you'd like to submit videos or you would like to come in to meet one on one with a mentor.
